Welcome to the official Democratic Presidential Primary Debate web site. The Congressional Black Caucus Political Education and Leadership Institute (CBC Institute) has partnered with the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and CNN to produce this historic Debate. This Debate is part of the Institute's ongoing program to educate the American public and enable them to make informed decisions on critical issues. We are particularly delighted to host this exciting event in Myrtle Beach, a dynamic community that has rolled out the red carpet to make this event successful in every way.
