the Gifts of Hope Catalog
2) Print and fill in the Gifts of Hope Mail-In Order Form
3) Add $1 to the total on the Gifts of Hope Order Form to cover
the cost of mailing.
4) Make your check payable to: SC Synod of the ELCA
5) Write Gifts of Hope on the memo line of your check
6) Mail the Order Form and your check to:

7) After you receive the cards and gift inserts by return mail,
you send or give the cards with inserts to family, friends, office
mates.
